Located south the heart of Studio City's main stretch of high end shopping, retail and restaurants on Ventura Blvd. and north of of Laurel Terrace as it winds around the hillside to meet Laurel Canyon on the East. The design makes a very pronounced Triangle. The neighborhood is a wonderful mix of smaller cottages and large estates, with everything in between. With the walkable access to the Studio City's main retail, area, the Farmer's market and Fryman Canyon's hiking trails, it has become the perfect trifecta for buyer and homeowners. The neighborhood also is attractive for being in the award winning Carpenter School district and easily walkable from it.
